Chief Operating Officer
Namasiku Bainga has 6 years working experience as a Systems Analyst in the diamond mining industry. She holds an honors degree in Computer Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Namibia. Namasiku is an alumna of President Barack Obama’s flagship programme. The Mandela Washington programme and has a Leadership certification in Business and Entrepreneurship.
LINDA SHITUMBAPO
Head of Strategic Projects
Linda Shitumbapo is a Renewable Energy Engineer with more than 4 years experience in the Renewable Energy industry. She holds an honours degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Namibia and a masters degree in Electrical Engineering for Sustainable and Renewable Energy from the University of Nottingham. She has experience on project management of utility scale solar projects, and on the procurement ,design and supply of commercial to small scale rooftop solar systems.
ENAM AKOETEY-EYIAH

Enam Akoetey – Eyiah is a Carbon and Sustainability Specialist at Africa Carbon, a boutique consultancy advising Africa based corporates and project developers on sustainability, carbon asset development and green finance. She is currently sitting on the carbon accounting team advising Volta River Authority, West Africa’s largest power producer, on corporate carbon accounting, reporting and mitigation. She is responsible for corporate strategy on carbon credits and finance.

Travis Caddy Designs and develops environmental attribute systems. Currently developing a market-based solution to channel private finance into removal and point-source reduction solutions, enabling consumers to neutralise or compensate their emissions with effective and durable carbon instruments. Design and manage development of environmental attribute tracking systems. Currently developing a market-based solution to channel private finance into removal and point-source reduction solutions, enabling consumers to neutralise or compensate their emissions with effective and durable carbon instruments.
